I am Kolby’s father’s neighbor in Spring Valley Lake in Victorville. I do not know Kolby. My husband of 39 years is a retired LACounty firefighter. I am retired salon owner and have lived in Acton CA for 29 years. I served on the Acton Town Council for 2 years. I have two grown children and my heart is broken for Kolby’s family.
