Details of Disappearance

According to open source information, Edgar Casian was last seen on 09/21/2020. He was last seen with Edgar Casian-Garcia and Araceli Medina who were supposedly taking care of Edgar and his two sisters. In approximately November of 2020, Edgar's two sisters who were 9 and 3 were found abandoned in Tijuana, Mexico. Open source information indicates felony warrants have been issued for Casian-Garcia and Medina in the context of felony child abuse. Casian-Garcia and Medina are  believed to be avoiding Law Enforcement and on the run. 

Casian-Garcia and Medina were last seen traveling in a black Dodge Durango bearing Washington license plates BTJ2222. The whereabouts of Edgar are currently unknown.
