MORTON, Minn. (KEYC) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has taken up the case of a missing Native American man. The agency announced Friday that it is requesting assistance from the public regarding the whereabouts of 21-year-old Quincy Domingo Schaffer. Authorities say Schaffer was last seen around 10 p.m. Tuesday and may be injured. He does not have a vehicle. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and Lower Sioux Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating Quincy Domingo Schaffer, a 21-year-old who has been reported missing since Jan. 26, 2021. Authorities say Schaffer is described as a 5-foot tall Native American male who weighs approximately 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing white jogger-style pants and a white and black sweatshirt, according to authorities. In 2019 Schaffer was arrested at least three times for assault, drugs and failure to appear in court.  Reports indicate he has no vehicle and may be injured.  No indication of the extent of his injuries or how they occurred.
